✦ Commissions are not first come first serve.✦ I have the right to decline a commission request.✦ Based on your request, there will be extra charges for detailed designs, props, and backgrounds.✦ There are no refunds for a completed commission. Full refunds will be offered if I haven't started the commission.✦ Partial refunds will be offered based on the progress stage of the commission.✦ There will be no physical item delivered. The commission will be sent as a digital good.✦ If a client issues a chargeback without contact or good reason they forfeit all rights to the product. This also includes breaking the written terms and will also be added to a blacklist.✦ Do not use the commissioned artwork for NFTS or AI training.✦ Personal commissions should not be used for commercial purposes. This covers merchandise, promotional work, branding, or anything profit based.✦ Please note that the turnaround time can be up to two months or longer.✦** If you're looking for something in particular whether it be for personal or commerical use, you can contact me through email or dms.**

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

The following are considered commercial use: branding, promotional use, redistrubution, vtuber assets, merchandise and or platform where you recieve profit (Twitch, YouTube, Patreon, personal sites, etc).There will be a minimum of a 70%-100% overall commercial fee to however I deem fit for the art.Standard Commercial License✦ Promotional use on social media, streaming platforms and or personal sites where you recieve profit.✦ Extensive modifications done by the client or third party is not allowed as I still retain copyrights to the illustration or design. If you wish to do so, please get in touch with me to have written consent.✦ Reselling or transferring the product is not allowed.Additional feeFor extended commercial licensing (producing digital and physical merchandise) there will be an additional (200%-300%) fee to the product.

PAYMENT

1. Payment is going to be through invoice via Paypal.2. Payment will be upfront and due 5 days from the date the Invoice was sent. A after 5 days the invoice and commission request will be cancelled.3. Please send me an email that you check often for this.4. Commissions that exceed 300 USD are offered a payment plan. 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval5. For commissions without a payment plan, I will start once the full payment is sent. For those who have a payment plan, I will begin the sketch once the first payment is sent.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN USE

✦ Do not use the design illustrations to be cut up and rigged by other artists. I do not prepare these designs or illustrations to be rigged nor is that the purpose of the commission.✦ Commercial design works may be resold, but at my personal usage price range only. The new buyer must come to me to pay the additional price for commercial or royalty usage of the design you will no longer be using. This also means you forfeit your rights and ownership of the design to the new owner. I still retain all rights and credit for the work regardless. You may only add onto the resale price at a maximum of $500 if extra artworks are provided, nothing more than that.

CREDITING

You can credit me by using my twitter account (@yanm0ri). Do not claim the commissioned work as your own.

FLAT COLOR

This will come with a PNG file only.A clean sketch with a simple flat color of your character. It includes a solid color or gradient background.

CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION

Prices will vary based on the request. PSD and PNG files included. A simple color background will be provided.Painted Style: A fully rendered art style. Something more polished.Cell Shade: A simple shading style! Previously known as my watercolor style.

FULL ILLUSTRATION

Prices will vary based on the request. PSD and PNG files included.Additional characters will depend on the details requested.I can offer full illustrations ranging from Splash Art or something more like a "block environment" that is similar to some mobile games. (arknights, genshin, etc)

SKETCH PAGE
